The Wellness Annex is the sister of AIMwell Yoga—a multi-use community space designed to answer the age-old question: “Where’s the cookout?”
Here, we create intentional moments of joy, reflection, and togetherness in Kansas City’s urban core. We believe that being well takes a village, and our mission is to provide meaningful opportunities for people to be well together.
Whether you’re swapping goods, dancing under the stars, or just catching up over a bonfire, you’ll feel right at home here.
A Yard Sale Vibe, Wellness Annex Style
The Swap & Shop Soirée is the very first annual event at The Wellness Annex.
This isn’t your average yard sale. It’s an opportunity for neighbors, creatives, and wellness lovers to come together to shop, swap, and connect.
How it Works:
Bring gently used clothing, household items, books, décor, or wellness goods.
Set up to sell—or trade—with fellow soiree go-ers.
Find new-to-you treasures, give your own items a second life, and support local sustainability.
Why It Matters:
5% of all proceeds go directly to the Blue Hills Neighborhood, supporting local initiatives and uplifting the community that makes the Wellness Annex possible.
